Request deletion of your account and all associated data in the FYE Passport app. You can do it in the app, or ask us to do it for you — no reinstall needed.

There are no steps you need to complete first — the app has no paid subscriptions or purchases to cancel.
If you've already uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us from the address tied to your account and we'll process the request for you:
Or email keyunterichard@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address on your account so we can verify it. Requests are actioned within 7 business days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:
Your personal information is removed from our active systems within 30 days of your request. We may keep a limited amount of anonymized, non-identifying data for analytics, plus anything we're legally required to retain. Retained data can no longer be linked back to you.
Deleting your FYE Passport account only removes your data from the app. It does not affect your official college records, enrollment, or any other Southwestern College system.
