This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in the PRMBC app, developed by Keyunti Richard. You can delete your account from within the app, or request deletion below without needing to reinstall or reopen the app.
Your account and personal data are permanently removed. There are no steps you must complete first (no subscriptions or purchases to cancel).
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request:
Request account deletionOr email keyunterichard@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address on your account so we can verify it. Requests are actioned within 7 business days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:
Your personal information is removed from our active systems within 30 days of your request. We may retain a limited amount of anonymized, non-identifying data for analytical purposes, and any records we are legally required to keep. Retained data can no longer be linked back to you.
